Urban Creation introduces new mobile key system
Urban Creation, a Bristol- based property developer, has this week introduced the brand new Livvi mobile key system into its student accommodation and serviced apartments.
Created by Assa Abloy Global Solutions, the Livvi App allows students and guests to use their personal mobile devices as room keys. Available on both IOS and Android and powered by Seos®, this is the world’s first multi-platform ecosystem for issuing, delivering and revoking digital keys.
The introduction of this mobile key system comes at a very unprecedented time for businesses, with the UK still in lockdown during the coronavirus outbreak. Jonathan Brecknell, director of Urban Creation, decided that now was the correct time to introduce this app to help support tenants and guests with increased levels of social distancing.
“As a service provider, we understand the duty of care that we have to give to provide clean, safe environments for our guests and tenants. This mobile key system enables us to take this to the next level as no face to face contact is needed to set people up to stay in our properties.”
“With online booking systems and now online key administration, our guests and tenants can be ensured that we have taken important measures to make sure that we adhere to all government guidelines and advice”.
Benefits of this system include:
- Efficiency of arrival and changeover periods
- Personalised experiences through its direct communication channel functionality
- Increased security system to ensure no card and fob sharing.
- Alleviation of dealing with no more lost keys.
- Functionality to switch between 11 different languages
- Map link so guests and tenants can easily find their apartments
Urban Creation’s 6 student properties cover the Clifton and Park Street area Bristol offering private, stylish, high- quality student accommodation in the heart of the city. One of their most famous developments saw pre fabricated modular pods craned into a dilapidated nightclub on Park Street, thought to be a UK first in modular construction.
It’s serviced apartments are based in Clifton. Beech House serviced apartments on St Paul’s Road were launched two years ago and are set in a stunning renovated Victorian Villa with a newly created mews building to the back of the property. With period features throughout, these apartments have retained their history and feature vintage and antique furniture. The 13 apartments at Alison Court provide modern city living within these stylish studio apartments.
Currently open to key workers, NHS staff and those who cannot stay at their primary residence, find out more.
