You can make bookings up to 12 months in advance.
When you make a booking, you’ll be given a booking reference; we’ll include this reference in your confirmation email. You will receive your confirmation email within 24hrs of making your reservation.
Yes. Your credit card or debit card details provided at the time of booking guarantees your booking.
This will be due to a minimum restriction of nights available for the dates that you are enquiring about.
The rates that are advertised are the rates per apartment per night. They all include VAT.
Please ensure that you have checked the spam filter, if its not there please send us an email with your reservation number, name and date of stay to reservations@urban-creation.com.
Fully flexible rate
The flexible rate enables you to modify (e.g. change the date of a booking) or cancel it depending on your length of stay.
You can cancel your booking for free within these timeframes:
- 1 – 6 nights are cancellable 24hrs before the arrival. Cancellation notice less than 24 hours will incur a charge equal to that of 1 night.
- 7 – 27 nights are cancellable 7 days before the arrival. Cancellation notice less than 7 days will incur a charge equal to that of 7 nights.
- 28 or above nights are cancellable 28 nights before the arrival. Cancellation notice less than 28 days will incur a charge equal to that of 28 nights.
Arrival date, departure date and room type amendments are subject to availability at the time of making the request; and may result in a rate change.
Non Refundable
The non-refundable rate is non-changeable, and the full rate will be charged in case of cancellation.
As a dynamic pricing model is used at the property the rates vary depending on the occupancy. They may change between hours.

Unfortunately, as we operate a contactless check-in, we can only accept card payments taken directly via the online booking system or via a payment link before your stay.
This will need to be arranged individually on a case by case basis.
The ability to cancel your booking will depend on the terms of the rate that you have booked.
To cancel any bookings, please email reservations@urban-creation.com with your reservation number, full name and date of the stay.
You will received an email confirmation that your booking has been cancelled.
We will cancel your booking immediately and process the refund. Depending on your card issuer, it may take several days for the funds to reach your account.

Each apartment is fully equipped with double beds, sofas, TVs and fully fitted kitchens. Bedding, towels, toiletries, coffee, tea, milk, sugar etc are all also included.

Yes. The details about how to access the free Wi-Fi are provided in the booklets provided in all of our apartments.
Due to the age of the buildings we have been unable to install air-conditioning.
Unfortunately, we do not provide these in our apartments.
Freeview channels are available on the TV’s within our apartments.
We provide weekly service for free.
An extra service can be arranged for an additional charge.
We do not have landlines in our apartments.
We have limited storage available in our Bristol properties. However, if you would like to leave your luggage please contact us and we will be able to advise if this would be available. We also have a luggage storage partner, Stasher who host numerous storage facilities across the city, please speak to us about details.

There are bike racks at all Bristol properties which can be used for free.

There are two 2-bedroom houses with balconies at the property.
