Our Operations and Revenue manager, Zee Ruska, answers our ‘meet the team’ questions this week. Find out her responses below.
- How long have you worked at Urban Creation?
- Quite some time. I have worked for Urban Creation since the end of July 2017 and it has been a fun so far ?.
- What is it you do?
- I am the Operations & Revenue Manager, so my job requires me to be very good at multitasking! It is my job to ensure that the day to day running of the serviced apartments goes smoothly; responsibilities vary from pricing analysis, system performance, competitor analysis, customer service and looking after our corporate clients.
- What is that you love about working at Urban Creation?
- I love that my job is varied, every day is different and that I learn new things all the time. And of course the team is a big part of a good work environment!
- What do you like to do outside of work?
- In my spare time I like to go out for a walk, cook or spend time with my family and friends or take my running shoes on and enjoy a good jog.
- What is your favourite food?
- Tough, I am such a food lover but any food served with rice would be the perfect one!
- Your favourite movie of all time?
- Lord of the Rings, I know the trilogy by heart.
- If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?
