Meet the Team: Marina Bogdanova

How long have you worked at Urban Creation?

I have worked for Urban Creation for 1 year and 2 months.

What is it you do?

I am part of the housekeeping and reservations team (mostly working in reservations), so I help assist customers with bookings and queries and general day to day running of the reservations. In housekeeping I clean our amazing apartments and in reservations I answer calls and emails, deal with complaints and continuously learn new things to improve my English.

What is it that you love about working at Urban Creation?

I love Urban Creation in full. The people who work here are very friendly and understanding. 

What do you like to do outside of work?

I spend time with my family, particularly my son who always want to go to the playground. We walk a lot in the parks and woods.

What is your favourite food?

Russian food! And I’m starting to love some Chinese food.

Your favourite movie of all time?

Difficult question… I have a lot of them but one of them is Vampire Diaries ?

If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Iceland, where there is snow. I am missing snow here, so would wish to be where is a lot of snow, cold and a small warm house with a fireplace.
