Charlotte’s Rise had much success in its first year as serviced apartments during Summer 2022.

Charlotte’s Rise, one of Urban Creation’s student properties will once again open its doors as serviced apartments in Summer 2022. 

Following the success of the summer this year, the decision to re-open the property next summer was an easy one for the Bristol- based property developer who already has two other serviced properties located in the Clifton area of Bristol; Beech House and Alison Court.

Throughout the academic year, the property is home to many students, however this meant the property was left mostly empty during the long summer months. It was this, coupled with a rise in demand for more accommodation, that led to the decision to utilise the property as serviced accommodation to the general public. 

Offering studios to two bedroom apartments, the Georgian townhouse boasts fully furnished rooms with features such as TV’s, sofas, double beds and all linen is also included, meaning you have everything you need whilst you are away from home.
