Bristol Light Festival (31 Jan – 9 Feb 2025)

Kicking off February in spectacular style, the Bristol Light Festival returns for 10 dazzling days, lighting up the city with stunning, light-based artworks. Perfect for a winter evening stroll around the city, this annual outdoor event brings lots of colour to the darker months, with installations from local artists that transform iconic locations around Bristol. Make sure to wrap up warm, as the city becomes a large canvas for talented artists from all over the world.

Pro Tip: For a truly unique perspective, hop aboard the Bristol Ferry Night-Time Service (31 Jan – 9 Feb 2025) for a stunning boat tour along the river, offering a different view of some of the  lights along the waterfront.

Spark Your Creativity at SPARKS Bristol (31 Jan – 9 Feb 2025)

To complement the Light Festival, SPARKS Bristol is hosting a special series of events for families. On 7th February, you can join in a late-night opening (until 8pm) featuring a family-friendly disco, lantern-making workshops using recycled materials, and even a magical light-filled wishing well.
