Redmayne House now taking bookings for 2022

17th August 2021

The property is currently undertaking a full redevelopment and will be open to the public as serviced apartments from January 2022.

Urban Creation has announced it is now taking bookings for it’s brand new serviced apartments that are launching early 2022.

Redmayne House, located on Whiteladies Road, is currently office space but the Bristol-based property developer is turning it into luxury serviced apartments.

Adding to their well-established portfolio across the city, the fit out will see two phases of work; with phase one creating five self- contained one bedroom flats, followed by phase two seeing the remaining office space converted into a further three flats.

Fully equipped, these apartments will offer fully-fitted kitchens, double beds and en suite shower rooms and laundry facilities making them perfect for all different types of stay.

The decision to convert this property into serviced apartments comes from the rise of interest in staycations. Jonathan Brecknell, Director of Urban Creation said:

“We have seen a vast increase in interest in our current serviced apartment portfolio. When Redmayne House came available and was closely located to all of our other properties, it seemed like the right time to look into expanding our offering to guests.”
