You may have come across one of our biggest properties, The Manor House. Here are 5 things you may not know about it.

1.It has its very own landscaped gardens 

Probably a rare find right in the centre of Bristol, but this little gem has its very own secluded gardens for you to enjoy whilst you reside there. 

For you to use to either relax, or to use whilst you study (during summer of course), these gardens are yours for the time you live there.

2. It is located just off of St Michael’s Hill 

Set on a quiet lane that winds just behind St Michael’s Hill, The Manor House is not only quiet and private, but it is surrounded by University Buildings on three sides. 

This central location is close to all the benefits of city life with the array of cafes, shops and restaurants of Park Street and Whiteladies road all within walking distance. 

3. It was built in the 17th century 

For those of you that are looking for a modern stylish home set within a historic building, then look no further! 

This Grade II listed building was built in the 17th century and we have made sure that all of its original character has been preserved. We have combined period features with modern, contemporary style. That’s why within all of our apartments you will find original fireplaces, high ceilings and cornicing.

4. Consists of studio and one bedroom apartments 

Featuring 12 apartments in the main house, The Manor House also provides a further six within an extension to the right of the property. All apartments feature open plan living/ working/ dining including a double bed and desk. 

Our premium touches include TV’s, fast internet connection, free laundry facilities and en suite showers in our one bedroom apartments. 

5. Assa Abloy mobile key access 

We know that security is important. That’s why all of our apartments are installed with Assa Abloy access solutions whereby you can use your personal key installed on your mobile phone.
